Leader of the prescribed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been sentenced to life imprisonment for acts of terrorism against the nation and the people of South East.
Delivering ruling in the matter at the Federal High Court Justice Omotosho sentences him to life imprisonment on counts 1, 6 and 7. He was also sentenced to additional 25 years on other counts.
