Police authorities have come the arrest of a woman in a viral video maltreating her 5-year-old stepdaughter identified as Fa’iza Bala.
A statement from Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Muyiwa Adejobi confirmed the arrest of the suspects currently undergoing interrogation.
He said: “In relation to the viral video where a woman identified as Ihsanatu Shaaibu physically abused and caused grievous injuries to her stepdaughter Fa’iza Bala, a 5 year old, the suspects have been arrested.
“The Suspects were arrested on Thursday 9th January 2025, and will be prosecuted as soon as investigations are concluded.
