Supreme Court has confirmed the inauguration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kashim Shettima with its ruling on Friday morning which dismissed the PDP’s suit seeking to disqualify President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President-elect Kashim Shettima over Shettima’s alleged double nomination.
The decision of apex court has cleared the final hurdle to Bola Tinubu and Shettima’s inauguration on Monday.
