“Senator Abaribe has been quoted as saying that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will accept *whatever conditions* given to him provided he is released.
In a statement posted on X formerly Twitter signed by Nnaemeka Ejiofor Esq said: “Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Our client, must have been miss understood by the good Senator.
“This was not what our client discussed with Senator Abaribe.
“Mazi Nnamdi Kanu said that he shall abide by *negotiated terms reached with the government of Nigeria.
“In the same vein he shall abide by the letters of any bail granted by the courts.
“Things should not be misunderstood or misconstrued by the public.
“There is a whole world of difference between “abiding with whatever conditions” given and abiding with “negotiated terms.
