Nigeria’s 2nd private refinery from BUA Group of Abdulsamad Isiyaja Rabiu’s group BUA, begins operations soon. BUA’s refinery from A is located in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, specifically in the Akwa Ibiom area.
The refinery is a 200,000 barrels per day (BPD) facility, built in partnership with Axens, a France-based petroleum technology company.
It’s expected to be completed and fully operational soon, producing Euro-V standard gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and polypropylene for domestic and regional markets.
