Ferscoat school has announced details of summer coaching programme for its learners from Nursery, Primary to the junior and senior secondary schools.
The Principal, Mr. Fred Opata said the coaching begins from August 1 to the 25th in order to keep the learners effectively prepared and equipped for the next academic session.
According to him, this period will serve as the fourth term for the Senior Secondary School (SSS) learners who will be preparing for external examinations in the 2023 session after the resumption.
He explained that the practice has always been useful in getting the learners prepared for the tasks ahead of them before embarking on holidays.
Other activities that will feature during the summer school include normal teaching classes to keep the leaners updated and coding classes for the nursery and the primary school learners.
The programme will also involve sports coaching sessions to boost the innate talents of the learners and improve on their skills in football, volleyball and basketball.
The school’s management has also lined up activities in the countdown to the graduation ceremonies for learners in terminal classes this year.
