Ex-Super Eagles striker Akwuegbu bags first class in UK university

Former Super Eagles striker Benedict Akwuegbu, has graduated with first-class honours from Anglia Ruskin University in London.

The university recently held its convocation ceremony at Chelmsford Cathedral, celebrating the academic achievements of its students, including Akwuegbu.

The institution emphasized that graduation ceremonies are a major highlight of the academic year, offering a fantastic opportunity for students to celebrate their hard work and achievements with family and friends.

Akwuegbu’s graduation adds to his list of accomplishments, including receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang.

Additionally, four top universities are reportedly seeking to offer Akwuegbu admission for a Master’s degree program in Mental Health Nursing.
