The Court of Appeal, Yola Division on Monday, nullified the election of Senator Ishaku Abbo, of the All Progressives Congress (APC) representing Adamawa Northern Senatorial District.
The Court of Appeal however ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to withdraw Certificate of return issued to Senator Abbo, and be issued to Reverend Amos Yohanna Kumai, the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) candidate.
