The remains of the former President Muhammadu Buhari, who passed away in London clinic, on Sunday at the age of 82, has arrived in Katsina for burial at his hometown, Daura.
The aircraft conveying Buhari’s body, accompanied by the Vice-President Kashim Shettima and the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, touched the ground by 1:50p.m. at Umaru Musa Yar’adua Airport, Katsina.
On arrival at the airport, the body was received by President Bola Tinubu, Governor Dikko Radda of Katsina, Ministers, governors, Captains of industries, National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu, Presidential aides and members of Katsina State Executive Council.
