The head of external relations with the United Bank for Africa (UBA) Nasir Ramon Olanrewaju has announced the passing of her mother, Iya Oba Musiliat Amoke.
She was died on Thursday morning at the Duchess International Hospital Ikeja at 86 years. She was buried same day at Ado Odo, Ogun State.
In a statement on his X formerly Twitter handle, Ramon said: “Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Raji,un. My mum, Musiliat Amoke, Iya Oba of Imasayi passed on this morning at Duchess International Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos.
“She was 86 years. She has since been buried in Ado-Odo.
