Two men, Ojo Taiwo and Adebayo Adeyemi were on Thursday arraigned before an Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrates’ Court over alleged illegal possession of India hemp.
The defendants, of unknown addresses, are facing a charge of illegal possession of Indian hemp.
The police prosecutor, ASP Johnson Okunade, told the court that the defendants committed the offence on January 7 about 03:00 p.m in Ikere-Ekiti.
