……..Ekiti declares 3 days of mourning
The Governors of Ekiti, Biodun Oyebanji, Ademola Adeleke of Osun and Dapo Abiodun of Ogun States also joined the list of mourners to visit the widow and family of former Ondo State Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Governor Oyebanji during the visit also disclosed: “I have also declared three days of mourning for the late Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu, who was also the Chairman Southwest Governors Forum. During this three- day state mourning, all flags at public buildings across Ekiti State will fly at half-mast.
“Governor Akeredolu’s death is a monumental loss not only to Ondo State but to the nation at large. May God grant his soul eternal rest and give his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
