The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Mai-Martaba Alhaji l Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, has expressed sadness over the demise of his Cheif Security Officer, ASP Adebayo Olowoyo, who died at the early hour on Sunday.
The Emir, in a condolence message issued by his spokesman l, Malam Abdulazeez Arowona, described the late CSO as a thorough bred police officer
He said late Olowoyo rose through the Ranks and File of the Nigeria Police Force to become a decorated police officer due to his commitments and dedication to work.
Alhaji Sulu-Gambari expressed shock over the unfortunate incidence of the ASP Olowoyo’s death
“ASP Olowoyo was a trusted police officer who worked assiduously as my personal security for many years.
“He was a diligent, committed and dependable security aide who gave his best by taking absolute charge of the entire security architecture of the entire Emir’s Palace. We shall surely miss his exit,” he said.
The Emir however prayed Allah to comfort the family and friends of the late CSO.
He also commiserated with his widow and children, the Inspector General of Police, IGP Baba Alkali, the Commissioner of Police in the State, CP Paul Odama, colleagues and associates over the irreversible and sad occurrence.
