Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has commiserated with the Nigeria Police on the death of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Abolade Oladigbolu in an auto crash.
Oladigbolu was until his death the Area Commander, Alapa Police Area Command of the State.
He died on Tuesday when he was hit by a moving vehicle on a motorcycle at Eyenkorin, a suburb of Ilorin.
“Our heartfelt condolences go to the family of the senior police officer, the Nigeria Police especially the Kwara State Police Command under CP Tuesday Assayomo.
“We also commiserate with friends and colleagues of the fine officer.
“It was one death too many and a painful depletion in the ranks of our hard working security agents.
“We beseech God Almighty to repose the soul of ACP Oladigbolu and comfort everyone who mourns him,” the Governor said.
