Ferscoat School begins admission to JSS 1 for 2024/2025 session

The management of Ferscoat School has announced the commencement of entrance examination for admission of learners for the 2024/2025 academic session, into JSS one while calling on parents and guardians who desire that their wards enjoy quality teaching and learning style for which the school has established reputation.

Speaking recently, the Principal, Mr Fred Opata in a statement, said that this became necessary to give enough time to those who want their wards to take part in the admission exercise which begins on Saturday April 27, 2024.

The school has also scheduled other dates for those who may not be able to take part in the early stage of the process on first date which is the last Saturday of April.

The exercise will take place at the school’s facilities located at 8 Ishola Bus stop, Olude Ipaja, 6 Lawal Close, Fatolu Bus stop and also at its modern school’s complex at 2/4 Ogo Oluwatedo Street, Fatolu Bus stop Ipaja.

The Principal explained that interested parents and guardians are at liberty to pick any of the following dates before the end of the exercise in August 2024.

After April 27th, the next examination comes up on 18th May followed by Saturday 22nd of June and then July 13th. The exercise will still continue again on Saturday 10th of August 2024.

The school said with the dates spread over five months, parents and guardians have the privilege of scheduling their children and wards within the age bracket for admission, to arrange their plans in order to be part of this exercise.

Founded over 30 years ago by Pastor Felix Opata, Ferscoat School has established a reputation for zero tolerance for examination malpractice.

The school is known for producing outstanding results in external examinations including the West African Examination Council (WAEC), NECO and the UTME which guarantees university admissions.
