The Independent  Corruption  Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), on Thursday, re-arraigned former Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Sunday Ehindero, and  former  Commissioner of Police, John Obaniyi,  for alleged  N16.4m fraud.
