A notorious gun runner, Samson Salau, has described how he buys and sells AK-47 guns and pistols to rampaging armed robbers and bandits who have been terrorizing some States in the North. Political Thuggery: UNDP Embraces Zulum’s Model For 2862 Youths

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has keyed into a social protection model introduced by Governor Babagana Umara Zulum in enforcing his ban against political thuggery in Borno State.
